Aromatic organic thyme is nutritious, delicious, and medicinal.  Our thyme is grown outdoors under the full sun in healthy soil, with no pesticides or anything synthetic used.  We air dry it in the open air and package it into food-grade ziplock bags.
 
We sometimes have some of this herb dried and ready to ship, and other times we may need to fresh pick and dry it for you.  Drying can take a couple to three weeks.  We usually ship on Mondays.
