Freshly cut and air dried organic Greek oregano.  Our oregano grows as a ground cover in the healthy soil beneath our grapevines.  It is spicy and very flavorful.  A little bit goes a long ways.  Rich in healthy polyphenols.
 
We sometimes have some of this herb dried and ready to ship, and other times we may need to fresh pick and dry it for you.  Drying can take a couple to three weeks.  We usually ship on Mondays.
