We have wild California sheep sorrel (Rumex acetosella) growing at our certified organic farm. They grow naturally under our grape vines, fruit orchard, and perennial tree collards. The herb with its roots are one of four ingredients in Essiac Tea. When you place your order we will dig up the plants, wash them,and air dry them for each order. The sheep sorrel plants are about 2- 3 years old and have a high proportion of roots. They will be ready to ship in about 2-3 weeks after you place your order. USDA Certified Organic by OCIA.
