Burbank Spineless variety of opuntia cactus.  We will fresh-harvest between 3 to 6 edible-size nopales cactus pads and ship them out the following day to arrive to you ready to enjoy.  Weight of the harvest will be approximately 3 lbs.  Pads will be sized from 6" to 12" in length and will be young and pliable.
 
Our cactus is grown in the full sun and outdoors in healthy organic soil with no synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.  The pads are 'mostly spineless' so they are easier to handle compared to other varieties of nopales cactus.
